New install techs keep reassigning our fiber (Internet/landline) to new potential customers. But they will fix it again tomorrow…without error correcting by finding the tech who cut the line this morning and explaining the issue. So it’ll happen a fifth time soon.@FrontierCorp

@AskFrontier it took an hour & a half to port my landline from Spectrum to Frontier, finally got it. told my account # would reflect the ported in # - 2 hours later phoneline DEAD, still show old account # & it's been a nightmare dealing w/ Juren of tech support last night 1/2

@FrontierCorp @Newmark The citywide outage was only out for 14 hours this time. A week ago the citywide outage was out 17 hours. All with mixed reports from frontier, “there is no outage in your area”, to "we confirm a large outage and are working on it”. No TRANSPARENCY

There's nothing wrong with @FrontierCorp when it comes to the actual fiber broadband and speed. But customer service and pricing? Bad. Non-transparent twenty dollar router restocking fee? C'mon. Verdict - PASS until they get their business practices more customer friendly.

@FrontierCorp I'm an employee not a customer. I work in the tech support office. They make our jobs way harder than what they should be because they don't do their jobs. Pure laziness and it needs to be addressed

@FrontierCorp please start holding these field technicians accountable. They are extremely lazy and cause the tech support line a great deal of unnecessary hassle because they refuse to educate the customer on how to use our apps. It's disgusting and unnecessary.

@FrontierCorp This site doesn't work very well. It just keeps telling me I already have Frontier service (I do). However, I'm trying to find out if fiber is available, as that's what it says it's checking. 🤨

@FrontierCorp service is down again for the second time in 12 hours. This service is garbage. Oh and no 24 hour tech support. Step it up frontier. I'm about to go back to cable internet. I may have been paying twice as much for half the speed but I sure had less problems

Supposed to have fiber internet installed yesterday. Installer never arrived. I'm (hopefully) in @FrontierCorp 's 27 min queue to set up new appt. 6 min just to get to a human to direct me to that. Awful customer experience.

@FrontierCorp Beyond horrible service. Internet goes out for 5 days, and tech comes, then fixes it .. then goes out again. Love the internet here but very unreliable service when I switched over from another provider. Sad sad sad
