New install techs keep reassigning our fiber (Internet/landline) to new potential customers. But they will fix it again tomorrow…without error correcting by finding the tech who cut the line this morning and explaining the issue. So it’ll happen a fifth time soon.@FrontierCorp

@AskFrontier it took an hour & a half to port my landline from Spectrum to Frontier, finally got it. told my account # would reflect the ported in # - 2 hours later phoneline DEAD, still show old account # & it's been a nightmare dealing w/ Juren of tech support last night 1/2

@FrontierCorp @Newmark The citywide outage was only out for 14 hours this time. A week ago the citywide outage was out 17 hours. All with mixed reports from frontier, “there is no outage in your area”, to "we confirm a large outage and are working on it”. No TRANSPARENCY
