“I found Lil Baghdad on a Google search for Shawarmas. I never expected such search to lead the way to one of the most memorables meal in my lifetime. The food was ambrosia! But the human beings running the business were the cherry on top. Please, if you have never enjoyed Iraqui cuisine before, don't go there pretending to be an expert. It's a whole different experience and I'll say it again... it was priceless. Things I ordered: Chicken Shawarma, was the most lite/airy/healthy/flavorful ever! Vegetable Shawarma: The veggies were perfectly cook, the earthy flavor was fantastic, and not mushy at all!!! Hummus Joy and Falafel, AMAZING!!! The cucumber did with the falafel and bread, was from another dimension. The Mama Ghanoush is PERFECTION!!! I want to eat it daily, three times a day. Go and visit this piece of culinary heaven, you won't regret it AT ALL. Open your senses, enjoy something different, celebrate the opportunity given to do it.”

“Brushchetta was nicely toasted bread and juicy, chucky dip. The butter herb steak was flavorful but medium and not rare as requested. Manicotti and butter herb potatoes were delicious. Sangria had large citrus slices, making it bitter. I would say it was worth the forty-five minute drive.”

“Doesn't have fancy seating. It let's the food say it all. First time eating the food. Hubby is a really big biscuitgravy eater. He loved it,no need to add any seasonings. I got eggs over easy,bacon and home fries great everything. As got grits only not your normal grits better flavor. Well worth the price.”

“Decided to try this place after seeing it online a few times, came in for lunch and had a pleasant experience, talked with the owner that was super friendly and we enjoyed our meal here thoroughly. You get fries with every burger, however you can upgrade your fries to other types or seasonings. The owner was kind enough to let us sample one of them which was delicious.Burgers were cooked hot & fresh and it was a nice little lunch spot. Good prices for what you get and will definitely stop by again!”

“Fantastic chicken fried steak. Friendly atmosphere but it needs to be remodled. Great food but I won't take people visiting there because the booths are ripped and dirty looking. The bathroom needs to be remolded and repairs and painting the walls is needed.”

“I can't tell you how much I love this place. I have never received a bad meal from them. In June of 2022, I was in a horrible car accident while coming home with my and my partner's meals. I am not exaggerating when I tell you the food was perfectly fine end while my car and I were not. I got home from the ER probably about 5-6 hours later and my food was still warm because it had been wrapped so well. It truly blew my mind and my partner’s. That’s how well they pack their to-go orders!”

“OMG!! I found my new favorite go to place for authentic Mexican food! This place is the best food around between Lampasas and Temple, hands down! I have seen it for awhile, but never stopped in. We finally tried it and we will never go anywhere else. Great food and great service!! The staff are as nice as can be and very sweet. “Omg! My Philly Cheese Steak made me want to smack my moms! The sub was full of meat and cheese! It was full of flavor and goodness! It is the best cheese steak I had in Texas! I’m from Jersey and it’s hard to find anything remotely good in this state! His special sauce sent the sub on fire! Do not sleep on this food truck! It’s worth every bite and the price! “So I liked this Starbucks when we first moved to the area but a little over a year later and I order from DD and everything is messed up! My coffee cup was empty and I didn't get my food item, I requested a redelivery just to find out the food item was out of stock but they wouldn't do anything about it I just needed to talk to DD about it. They also sent the completely wrong drink the second time around, but I guess atleast I got something. I guess I'm just not going to be having Starbucks whille I live in the area. Sad,because I've been a Gold level customer for over 12 years...”

“Szechuan Chinese Restaurant has the best Chinese food for 50 miles around. It is always fresh, made to order, and very flavorful. The portions are huge and a great value for our money! Unfortunately, they only offer take out service (hence the 1 star rating for "atmosphere"), but that doesn't deter us from enjoying the experience of authentic Szechuan food.”

“Let me start by saying the only thing I order from this restaurant for myself is the Curry Chicken. I think it is the best in the Killeen/Cove area. With that being said, my order today was disappointing. Tons of onion & little chicken in the dish even though I ordered double meat! I guess I basically paid for extra onion.”
